クリスからみなさんへのメッセージです。
Chris’s Farewell Message:
Hello everyone! I started working at Maple English School in August on 2017. However, on March 23rd I will teach my very last class. At the beginning of April, I will be starting a new job at a U.S. based animation and video game company called Steamroller Studios. I will be working as a scriptwriter, scenario writer, and editor, helping to create stories for games and computer animated TV shows. I’ve been an English teacher since 2011, so this is a huge change for me and I’m so excited to begin this new chapter of my life and career. I have always hoped that one day I would get to work in the entertainment industry, and it’s a dream come true to finally have the opportunity.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Maple and I’ve enjoyed getting to know all of you. It has made me so happy seeing my students’ English improve over the last year and a half, and I hope everyone continues to work hard and excel in their studies. I’ll still be living in Akaiwa, working remotely from home, so please don’t hesitate to say hello if you see me around town.
